Taylor Pence

Taylor Pence is a 22 year-old freelance editorial and sports photographer based in Lexington, Kentucky. Taylor currently serves as the Social Content Producer at US Equestrian after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Kentucky with a concentration in Digital Media.

Taylor’s work has been featured in Noelle Floyd, Horse Network, Chronicle of the Horse, Sidelines, Young Rider, Jumper Nation, Warmblood's Today, US Equestrian magazine, and World of Show Jumping.

During Taylor’s time at the University of Kentucky she served as Photo Editor for the university’s independent student newspaper, the Kentucky Kernel. In 2015, Taylor was a top 20 finalist in the William Randolph Hearst Photojournalism Award program and has since won numerous awards from the Kentucky Press Association and the Kentucky News Photographers Association. Last year, Taylor was selected as a Student Travel Award Winner by the American Horse Publications.

Taylor currently lives in Lexington, Kentucky and is available for freelance assignments, portrait sessions, as well as private clients at shows. She can be contacted to discuss future projects below.
